45 minute sessions, weekly or every other week, entirely by video.
What this work looks like
Therapy provides a space to slow down, tune in, and explore your inner world. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, feeling stuck in old patterns, or managing anxiety and self-doubt, we’ll uncover the deeper layers of your experiences. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more connected, grounded, and aligned with your most authentic self.
I believe that dedicating an hour to yourself each week is powerful—an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and grow. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.
